I'm leaving tomorrow (wait, I mean today) for the Podcast and New Media Expo in Ontario, California. I'm very excited about it because I will actually have a podcast to promote while I'm there. While I'm at it, I'll be promoting Ron Paul. Just by accident... wink, wink.

This will be a great place to tell people that Ron Paul wants to keep the government's hands off the internet. Podcasters and bloggers should be naturals for Ron Paul. They are very independent, freedom-minded people.

I've registered the podcast at iTunes and Podcast Alley, if you have an mp3 player and want to subscribe to my feed, you can do it there. Actually iTunes may take a couple of days, but it should be accessible on Podcast Alley.

Well, folks here it is. The first Ron Paul Fancast. Of course, I'm the only one on it, but that will change soon. I'm also hoping that the sound quality will be better next time. I'm going to change to a different microphone and hopefully that will fix the problem.

Okay, Ron Paul fans, here's your chance to tell the world why you are...well, a Ron Paul fan!

We all know that the mainstream media has been ignoring Dr. Paul as much as they can. What they don't know is that they are slowly becoming obsolete. The new media, such as websites, blogs and podcasts are increasingly taking over the distribution of news and information to the world.

So, here's your chance to stand up and be recognized. Come on...you know you want to do it!

Tell everyone how you heard about Ron Paul. Tell us what he said or did that inspired you to support him. What made you a fan?

Let's let the world know how many Ron Paul supporters exist. I'll post every message I get, as long as they are reasonably clean and are from fans of Ron Paul.

Some quick tips:

1. If you think it will help, write some simple notes to keep you on track during your message. (When you are finished with your voice mail, you will be given the option to listen to your message and you may re-record it if you wish.)

2. Focus on the good of Ron Paul, not the evil of other politicians. (That would take forever!)

3. Tell us your first name and where you live.

4. Then, briefly, describe how you became aware of Ron Paul and what he said or did that inspired you to become a Ron Paul fan.

5. If you have a website you want to plug after you say your name, go ahead. Just avoid making the whole message a commercial, okay?

Don't worry if someone else has already said what you were going to say. Reinforcement is good!
